About Ayurveda
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest medical systems that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It relies on a natural and holistic approach to physical, mental and emotional health.
In Ayurveda, every things or livings on earth or anywhere else in the universe is made up with the basic 5 elements, earth, water, fire, air and either(space). These elements combine to form three energy types in the human body. Vata (water + fire) Pitta (air + space) and Kapha (earth + water). Together, these energy help regulate functions in the body and maintain health. Eash energy is associated with specific physical qualities, personality traits, and emotional strengths and weaknesses. Every person has a combination of all three energy, but one or two energies are usually dominant.
By knowing your constitution and the cause of the disorder, and adopting the diet and lifestyle according to your constitution, digestion, health condition and season, we can live healthier and more comfortably.

The counseling starts from hearing about you. I do not focus only on problems or symptoms but make suggestions from holistic approach to bring the balance back.
I introduce the practices including the diet, lifestyle, self-care, made for you according your constitutions and conditions.

Digestion reset program
Nowadays, many people are experiencing digestion problems.
Uncomfortable stomach, skin problem, chronic constipation or diarrhea, heaviness in body and mind, allergy, hormone unbalance, unbalanced meal… those are all related to our digestion. In this program, we practice to introduce Ayurvedic meals, lifestyle, yoga , meditations and more for a months.

I came across yoga in my 20s, and I was impressed by powerful healing of Yoga. Yoga became a part of my life.
After I graduated university, I worked for a bank. However, I did not want to give up my dream of working for developing countries. I quit my job and served as a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Djibouti, Africa for 2 years. After I completed my mission, I came back to Japan and learned Ayurvedic massage, Abhyanga.
I got married, moved to Hawaii and gave birth two kids.
I took Yoga teacher training and got YAT300(RYT200)in 2017.
I completed Ayurveda health counselor training course 600 hours in 2024.
Since I started leaning and practicing Yoga and Ayurveda, my life and
‘how I am’ has greatly improved.
It is my pleasure to share wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga to live comfortably, healthy and happily.
